AKQA Amsterdam_2022/23
Statistics show that businesses with female leaders outperform those without. However, when one is publicly appointed, a company’s share price drops 2-3%. Why? Bias. To help counteract this, AKQA developed Pink Chip: a collection of composite indices, built using a world-first methodology and unique selection criteria, that tracks the performance of women-led companies in markets globally. Investors will be able to see on all of their usual platforms how female-led companies outperform traditional benchmarks, and then harness the returns they offer – all while elevating women in business.
